Evening Lighting – London Garden
The brief for this large north London garden was to create a family friendly space with the aesthetic of a relaxed country garden, to compliment their newly renovated home.
The client’s were keen to avoid overly formal, symmetrical features and instead include elements from the cottage garden aesthetic. A potager with fruit cage, herb and cutting garden, greenhouse and raised beds made from oak planks is used by all the family.
Lighting formed a key ingredient, ensuring the garden could be used for as long as possible all year round. The lawn was made big enough for a decent football kickabout, and a trampoline hidden away by planting.
